ABOUT THIS SERVICE :

Add an overseed service to amplify and maximize your results.

Overseeding is applying grass seed at the same time as your aeration, which helps thicken and strengthen your turf.

We use a commercial core aerator machine. This is the best type of aeration for your lawn.

HOW IT WORKS :

The core aerator makes one full pass over your whole lawn. Small cores are pulled from the soil, opening your grass roots up to more oxygen, water, and fertilizer nutrients.

Aeration is the most effective when done every spring and/or fall.
